Delivery costs
Standard shipping throughout Germany is free of charge and is carried out by Hermes.

Delivery times
Normally you will receive the goods within 1 to 3 working days for an order within Germany.

If the delivery person is unable to meet you in person, the parcel will either be left for you with a neighbor or in a ParcelShop near you. You can then collect the parcel within the next 7 working days before it is sent back to us.

Different delivery address
If you have a different delivery address within Germany, you can conveniently have your order delivered to an address of your choice. During the ordering process, you can enter a delivery address that differs from the billing address, but both addresses must be within the delivery area of the online store.

With over 16,500 Hermes ParcelShops in Germany, there is one near you. Simply select a Hermes ParcelShop in the order process under "Change address" and we will deliver your order there.

Shipping status
As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. With your shipping confirmation, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order online. Hermes shipment tracking
Please note that the tracking number will be activated approximately one working day after your order leaves the warehouse. If the number does not work immediately, please try again at a later date. Registered customers can also view the status of their order via their customer account under "My orders".
