RETURNS

If you would like to return an ordered item, please follow these guidelines:

  • Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
  • Of course, reduced goods can also be returned.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • The original tag must not be cut off.
  • We do not offer exchanges, so if you need a different size or color, please place a new order.
  • Complaints about damaged packages must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

To make the return as easy as possible, you will receive a return label from Hermes with your shipment . Please only use this label to return the goods.

Make sure the items are well packaged and all labels remain intact so that we can process the return quickly and easily. If you need an additional or new return label, please contact our customer service.

Returns within Germany are free of charge for you.

For returns from other European countries, please use the enclosed return label, but unfortunately we cannot offer our customers a free service. The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the customer and will be charged at a flat rate of €5.99 when the refund is made and deducted from the purchase amount.

In exceptional cases it may take up to 3 weeks for us to receive your return.

Once your return has been processed, it may take up to 7 days for the amount to be refunded to your original payment method.
