RETURNS

If you would like to return an ordered item, you have the opportunity to do so within 14 days of delivery of the goods.
Reduced goods can also be returned. Returns within Germany are free of charge .
You will receive a return label from Hermes with your shipment. Please only use this to return the goods.
Returns from abroad are at the customer's expense and the amount will be deducted from the refund.

• Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
• Of course, reduced goods can also be returned.
• The item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition in which you received it.
• The original tag must not be cut off.
• We do not offer exchanges, so if you need a different size or color, please place a new order.
• Complaints about damaged packages must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

To make the return as easy as possible, you will receive a return label from Hermes with your shipment . Please only use this label to return the goods.

Make sure the items are well packaged and all labels remain intact so that we can process the return quickly and easily. If you need an additional or new return label, please contact our customer service.

Returns within Germany are free of charge for you.

Returns from abroad , but within the EU, cost €5.99 , with the return costs being deducted from the refund.

In exceptional cases it may take up to 3 weeks for us to receive your return.

Once your return has been processed, it may take up to 7 days for the amount to be refunded to your original payment method.
