After you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided.
Your invoice will be sent automatically in a second email after the goods have been dispatched. If the order confirmation or invoice has not arrived in your inbox , please also check your spam folder .
If the documents cannot be found, please write an email to our customer service and we will send you the documents separately.
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. In this email you will also find a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order online. To do this, either use the link in your email or go directly to: https://www.myhermes.de/empfangen/sendungsverfolgung/
Please note that it can take about one business day for the tracking to be activated. If the number does not work immediately, please try again later. Registered customers can also view the status of their order via their customer account under "My Orders".
Since we ship every order as quickly as possible, we are unfortunately unable to cancel orders that have already been completed . We ask that you return the shipment to us as soon as you receive it using the enclosed return label.
Please excuse us if we have had to cancel your order. In rare cases, a product may already be sold out but still be shown as available in the online shop.
If an item is particularly popular, it may be sold out at the time of ordering and the system cannot update the shop page quickly enough. In this case, we can only cancel the order retrospectively.
Don't worry! In this case, you will be informed by email and will automatically receive a (partial) refund .
You have the option of choosing between different payment methods, such as credit card (Visa & Mastercard), Paypal or Klarna . We do not store your credit card details and therefore you must enter them again for each order. This is for your security .

Im Normalfall erhältst Du die Ware innerhalb von 1 bis 3 Werktagen bei einer Bestellung innerhalb der EU. Bitte hab Verständnis dafür, dass es in Zeiten von hohem Bestell- und Lieferaufkommen sowohl bei unserem Logistik- als auch bei unserem Versanddienstleister zu Verzögerungen kommen kann.
Sollte sich der Sendungsstatus Deiner Bestellung nach 7 Tagen nicht verändert haben, melde Dich gern direkt bei uns. Wir können dann weitere Schritte in die Wege leiten.

You can find the individual washing and care instructions directly on the respective product page on khujo.com as well as on the care label of the item. We recommend that you follow these instructions to ensure the longevity of the product.
If you have lost the label, please contact our customer service for further information.
We generally do not provide any information on water column, temperature resistance or similar, as khujo is not an outdoor functional brand, but an urban lifestyle fashion brand. Nevertheless, some of our jackets and coats have a wind and/or water-repellent property thanks to a coated outer material.
For information on this, please read our product descriptions carefully; there and in the technical data you will find all the information you need and that we can provide you with.
If you would like to return an item you ordered, please follow these guidelines:
- Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
- Reduced goods can of course also be returned.
- The item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition in which you received it.
- The original tag must not be cut off.
- We do not offer exchanges , so if you need a different size or color, please place a new order.
- Complaints about damaged packages must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
1. Prepare return:
Place the item in a sturdy box. If you reuse the original shipping package, please cover or remove the previous shipping labels. Please fill out the return slip that was included with your delivery and put it in the package.
2. Return shipping:
You received a return slip with your order. Please only use this to return the item! If you no longer have the return slip, please contact our customer service for a replacement.
Attach the Hermes label clearly to the top of the package and drop it off at a Hermes shop.
3. Wait for the credit:
The refund for your return will be made after inspection of the goods using the same method as the payment for the order.
Return shipping is free throughout Germany .
Please also use the return label for returns from the EU , but unfortunately we cannot offer our customers a free service. The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the customer and are charged at a flat rate of €5.99 and deducted from the refund.
The credit for your return will be refunded to your original payment method after the goods have been inspected.
Credit card :
When paying by credit card, the refund depends on the credit card used and will be made to the credit card account within 7 - 14 working days . Please understand that for security reasons we cannot issue refunds to other accounts or credit cards.
Paypal :
The refund will be made automatically to your Paypal account within 1-7 business days .
